JOB DESCRIPTIONS/ MÔ TẢ

• Gather and elicit requirements from stakeholders
• Analyze requirements or concepts, and propose viable solutions that bring high value for business and end-users
• Define and write Software Product Requirement Description (PRD), including Business Flow, Use-Cases, Wireframe, Software Prototype, UI/UX, Functional and Non-functional requirements
• Scope and prioritize development activities based on system, available resources, business goals, and end-user impact
• Work closely with the development team, UI/UX and stakeholders in the Agile process and ensure features are being implemented to meet business needs
• Make creative recommendations to expand product strategy and vision.
• Assist Project Owner in controlling project scope and breaking Product Requirement Description into development tasks
• Create, follow and upgrade the Business Analyst Process, Template Document.
• Manage the Scope and Requirements of all Projects, keep track and support team members if necessary.
• Manage and keep the PC team stable. Create and keep updated member’s Roadmap. Follow the Company’s decisions and inform the team.
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS/ YÊU CẦU

• Level: Middle, Middle+
• Roadmap Business Analyst Lead
• A bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is preferred
• Good English communication and documentation are required
• Have skills in team/group management and work process management
• Familiar and good skills with BA tools (draw.io, Figma, lucid, etc) are required
• Has experience and knowledge of software development process, especially software requirement analysis is required
• Has experience and knowledge of software development process (Agile, Scrum) is a plus
• Understanding Data analysis is a plus
• Familiar with task management tools such as JIRA, Trello, … is required
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Able to train or coach team members about Analyst Skills.
