[Hiring] AI Engineer (Roadmap Lead team)

As a AI Engineer, you will be delivering products that solve complex business solutions through the development of AI tools. Your primary responsibilities would involve developing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms. You will collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to design AI solutions, implement and maintain scalable AI infrastructure for training and inference, explore new AI technologies, and ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI. Additionally, you would work on feature engineering, model optimization, performance tuning, and integrating AI models into production systems. Your knowledge and skills in programming, machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, cloud platforms, and software engineering principles would be crucial in fulfilling these responsibilities.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS/ MÔ TẢ

• Develop and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to understand requirements and design AI solutions.
• Implement and maintain scalable AI infrastructure for training and inference.
• Explore and evaluate new AI technologies and tools to improve existing systems.
• Ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI by addressing bias, fairness, and interpretability.
• Work on feature engineering, model optimization, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into production systems.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/ YÊU CẦU

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
• Experience with AI development tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI model deployment and management.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature selection, and model evaluation techniques.
• Understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Good English Communication skills
