I. Objectives of this Role

  • Lead Global Expansion: Drive business growth and market share expansion across new regions and industries, aligning with the company’s roadmap for geographical and market expansion through 2027.
  • Staff Augmentation focus: Spearhead the sales strategy for Investidea’s talent resources, strong in  AI, Fintech, Education, Healthcare and Cloud solutions.
  • Revenue Growth & Diversification: Generate 3 times revenue growth in 03 years. 
  • Team Growth and Scalability: Build, manage, and scale the sales team to support Investidea's expansion, meeting the demands of growing product portfolios and larger market needs.

II. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

Sales Leadership and Strategy Development:

  • Develop a global sales strategy aligned with Investidea’s roadmap for 2025-2027, focusing on both short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Execute a comprehensive plan to scale operations in new markets and expand within existing regions, ensuring alignment with the company’s expansion goals.

Revenue & Market Growth:

  • Drive substantial growth in revenue by targeting large enterprises, startups, and technology-driven organizations.
  • Develop key partnerships and expand the customer base, focusing on industries with high demand for AI, Fintech, Education, Healthcare and Cloud solutions.
  • Focus in APAC’s market as SEA, Australia and North APAC (Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Hongkong)

Product Alignment and Industry Focus:

  • Align sales strategies with the roadmap for new product launches, ensuring seamless go-to-market execution for upcoming AI, Fintech, Education, Healthcares and Cloud solutions.
  • Leverage insights from market trends and customer needs to inform product development and sales strategies.

Sales Team Development and Scaling:

  • Build and scale a high-performance global sales team to support the company's expansion plans.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, performance, and collaboration.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise customers, technology partners, and stakeholders.
  • Position Investidea as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in digital transformation initiatives.

Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track progress toward long-term sales targets (2025-2027), ensuring the team delivers measurable results.
  • Report regularly to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and strategic opportunities.

III. Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3+ years of Sales Director, Head of Business Development experiences, with a proven track record in B2B technology sales, raising the Business Development Team from zero to 10+ resources.
  • At least 5+ years of senior sales experience, with a proven track record in B2B technology sales
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing global sales teams.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong capability in developing long-term sales strategies, adapting to emerging markets, and aligning with product development cycles.
  • Negotiation & Communication: Expertise in negotiation and communication with C-level executives, understanding the technology landscape, and positioning products effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) to track performance and maintain strong client relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Global Expansion and managing sales operations in international markets.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Second language as bonus (Korean, Japanese)
  • Basic Technical Knowledge in AI, cloud services, SaaS, or software development.
