Intern Purchasing
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities: job posting, CV screening, candidate outreach, interview scheduling (focus Job Data Entry)
- Assist in conducting initial candidate assessments and interview coordination
- Contact universities, training centers, and recruitment partners to ensure sufficient manpower for ongoing Data Entry projects
Requirements
- Graduate of Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, or related fields
- Available for full-time work (Monday to Friday) – students currently studying part-time will not be considered
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; proactive and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.) is a bonus
