I. Job Description
Globaldev Vietnam are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Software Engineering Interns to join our engineering team. This internship provides hands-on experience working on real-world projects under the guidance of experienced mentors. Interns will have the opportunity to strengthen their technical foundation, improve problem-solving skills, and gain exposure to professional software development practices.
II. Responsibilities
- Participate in real projects and assist in developing, testing, and maintaining software features.
- Write clean, readable, and maintainable code under supervision.
- Collaborate with team members in technical discussions and meetings.
- Read and understand technical documentation, primarily in English.
- Continuously learn new technologies, tools, and best practices used within the company.
III. Requirements
1. Must-have
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Available to work full-time throughout the internship period.
- Good English communication skills (basic technical discussions and documentation reading).
- Solid understanding of programming fundamentals and logical thinking.
- CV must include a link to GitHub showcasing academic or personal projects.
2. Technical Background
- Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, Python, SQL, HTML/CSS
- Basic knowledge of:+ Variables, functions, loops, and conditional statements+ Simple data structures+ Pseudocode and basic algorithmic thinking
3. Nice to Have
- Experience with Git/GitHub for version control.
- Personal projects, coursework, or capstone projects published on GitHub.
- Strong learning mindset, responsibility, and teamwork skills.

V. Hiring Process
Round 1 – Offline Test
- Multiple-choice questions on fundamental computer science concepts.
- Two (02) pseudocode / logical problem-solving exercises.
Round 2 – Online Technical Interview
- Technical discussion with the engineering team.
- Review of GitHub projects.
- Evaluation of problem-solving approach, communication skills, and attitude.
